In an effort to highlight the importance of advance healthcare decision-making Karen Ann Quinlan Hospice is hosting a seminar that will provide information and tools attendees can use to talk about their end-of-life wishes with family, friends and healthcare providers in the event that they are unable to speak for themselves.  All seminar attendees will receive a FREE copy of “FIVE WISHES,” a easy to use advance directive workbook that can be used in accordance with New Jersey and Pennsylvania state laws.  Andrea Capita, of Capita Law, LLC will explain other important estate planning documents including wills and power of attorney. 

National Health Care Decisions Day is held annually on April 16th. The day was created to raise awareness of the importance of not only having an advance directive, but making sure you discuss your wishes with your family.    

This is a FREE, no obligation presentation. The seminar will be held at Pike County Library located on Harford Street in Milford PA.
